Thank you for sponsoring or exhibiting at the upcoming 2017 Alamo AFCEA Chapter Event (AACE), November 13 - 16 at the Westin La Cantera Resort in San Antonio, Texas. To receive the most benefit from your sponsorship or exhibit, please ensure you have completed the following items:

  1. Register Your Attendees for the Conference
    All sponsors and exhibitors must register both paid and complimentary conference attendees online prior to November 2, 2017. Please refer to the sponsorship levels page on the AACE website if you are uncertain of the number of complimentary registrations included in your chosen sponsorship level. All exhibits come with two complimentary full conference passes. Additional sponsor/exhibitor passes may be purchased for $325.

  2. Book your room at the conference hotel
    The negotiated room rate of $180 at the La Cantera Resort will expire Thursday October 21, 2017 and availability is limited. If you have not yet made your hotel reservations, please use the link below or call 210-558-6500 and reference the AFCEA ACE Chapter Event.

    Standard Room Rate for Non-Government Attendees: $180



    Due to the limited number of per diem rooms available on site, Alamo AFCEA has secured an additional block of rooms for active duty USG/DoD attendees at a government rate of $99.99 at the Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Near La Cantera Parkway located three miles from the La Cantera Hotel. These rooms can be secured by calling 1-800-325-0720, and using the group number 2317384. The last day to secure rooms in these per diem rate blocks is 10/23/2017. Appropriate ID required upon check in to receive the per diem rate.

    *There are also several hotel brands that offer various USG/DoD rates within a short drive at the San Antonio RIM complex, 1-2 miles from La Cantera (Marriot Courtyard/Residence/Fairfield Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, etc).

  3. Register for the Golf Tournament
    You do not want to miss one of the conference’s most valuable networking opportunities! Spots are available for players and teams for the annual AACE golf tournament on Monday, November 13, 2017. There will be a duel shotgun start at 12:00 pm on the resort’s two scenic courses.

  4. Hotel Shipping
    If you plan to ship something that will need to be processed by AFCEA management (packet inserts, etc.), please ship the items directly to the hotel to arrive no earlier than Wednesday, November 8 and no later than Friday, November 10, 2017. The hotel address is 16641 La Cantera Parkway, San Antonio, TX 78256 and send to the attention of Alamo AFCEA: Lindy Jordan.

    NOTE: Do NOT ship exhibit materials to the hotel. If you plan to ship your exhibit materials, please use the information provided in the exhibit kit.

  5. Exhibit Information

    If you are exhibiting at the event, please refer to the e-kit for all relevant information and make note of the below exhibitor schedule.



    Booths include wireless internet. Upon check-in, you will receive one handheld lead scanner, as a benefit of your exhibit booth. Additional scanners will be available for rent at the registration desk.

    • Exhibitor move-in: Monday, November 13  ~ 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    • Exhibit hours: Tuesday, November 14  ~ 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
      Wednesday, November 15  ~ 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    • Exhibitor move-out: Wednesday, November 15 ~ 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
