2017 Military/DoD/Government Registration

 

On-line registration is now closed.  On-site registration will begin at 2 pm at the registration area located in the San Antonio Ballroom foyer at the La Cantera Resort. 


This registration is FREE for all active Military and US Government employees and include all general sessions and expo hall. Keynote luncheons and other planned events will require the purchase of an event ticket to attend.

Note: Your email address must contain “@mail.mil” or “@ (agency).gov" to qualify for the government rate. All industry contractors must register at the full industry rate.

Purchase Orders may be emailed to info@alamoafcea.org or faxed to 512-692-2651.

CANCELLATIONS 
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before November 9, 2017. No refunds will be granted after November 9, 2017. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant at info@alamoafcea.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone. Attendees that do not provide written notification of cancellation and do not attend the event will be responsible for the full registration fee. 

SUBSTITUTIONS 
Substitute attendees may be named prior to December 8 or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant at info@alamoafcea.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
